GVSS operates specialized business divisions, including Leadwood Homes (serviced apartments and executive residential management) and Leadwood Furniture (turnkey interior carpentry, manufacturing, and fit-out logistics).
2. Core Operational Mandate
GVSS acts as an on-ground mobility logistics and facility coordination partner. Our services include:
- Executive relocation logistics and employee settling-in coordination for multinational companies, embassies, and institutional clients.
- Operational management and short/extended-stay hospitality via Leadwood Homes properties in Lagos (Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki) and Abuja (Maitama, Asokoro, Wuse II).
- Airport protocol, meet & greet reception, and secure chauffeur logistics coordination.
- Orientation, neighborhood surveys, and impartial educational institution inspection tours.
- Commercial and residential interior design, carpentry, and furniture provisioning through Leadwood Furniture.
